A MOMA Inspired Wedding in Music City

Who doesn’t love music? The number of visits at https://www.musemantra.com/courses-piano-lessons/ is proof. As creatives one of our favorite opportunities is putting together styled photoshoots to help inspire other couples for their wedding day decor. This is a great way to showcase new style trends for the coming year, highlight Pantone’s color of the year, or introduce you to a brand new wedding venue! For this MOMA Inspired Wedding it was a mix of a few of those elements. There is a new wedding venue in Nashville, Music City Event Center in Odessa, and they were in need of promotional photos to showcase their new space. They brought in our friendor Raina of Weddings & Events by Raina to help create a styled photoshoot.

Raina teamed up with us for photos and brought Crystal of Creativity in Balloons & Events, on board because she is the balloon guru & can turn your thoughts into your wildest dreams with her amazing art! Balloons are coming back big & we wanted to show couples how they can use them for a fun & still elegant design. Crystal totally blew us all away with the designs she came up with!

The beautiful draping & lights seen throughout the venue was provided by Southern SKY event Lighting, it really set the tone for the space. Southern Events Party Rental & Event Company has some of the most amazing rentals in the Nashville area, we are always so thrilled to have them work with us on styled photoshoots & even more on wedding days! Did y’all check out this incredible bar setup?! That’s a team effort of Southern’s incredible rentals & Brittany of Concoctions Bartending to create this MOMA inspired wedding bar! She designed custom cocktails for this event. The “Blushing Bride,” was inspired for Holly & is a blend of Harmonie liquor, vodka, white cranberry juice and lemon. Brandon’s signature cocktails was the blackberry thyme “Love Spritzer.”

Holly is a Nashville blogger and runs a rockin’ lifestyle blog all about minimalism & the things that inspire her such as travel, music, health & beauty! She is styling a beautiful wedding gown provided by The White Room Murfreesboro – they are such an important staple to our industry and partnering with them is always such a treat! Holly has naturally showstopping eyes that were made even more stunning by the crazy talents of Jessica of Primp This and her gorgeous updo is courtesy of Kari of Nashville Hair & Makeup by Kari Flouroy. Since this was such a fun and relaxed wedding day we love the elegantly casual formal look Brandon was sporting by Street Tuxedo.

All of the elements came together and the finishing touches that made this such a fun and classy wedding inspired photoshoot were the food, signs, calligraphy, sweets, and flowers. Kitty of Oh Crumbs Bakery created another dazzling wedding cake that incorporated water color aspects, marbling, and agates. Not to mention, she treated us to her divine macarons, which are always a major hit!! Curry & Co Events designed the opulent bouquet that can be seen throughout the couples portraits as well as his boutonniere & the floral details throughout the tablescape. Now, I know y’all are over there eyeing that food. Because how could you not?! Entre-Nous created some delicious meals inspired by the colors of the photoshoot! Those beautiful signs and calligraphy details were provided by local artist at The Artisan Abode – how fun are her signs! We were so thrilled to once again partner with Jessica of Tocci Calligraphy for her phenomenal wedding stationary for a MOMA inspired wedding & the marbled place settings — yep, we’re in love!
