ADAM + ERYNN | married
The Acre Orlando Florida
Erynn has been one of our closest friends since we started dating. Actually, Erynn was Pat’s roommate when we first started dating & she was so excited for us to be dating. So when we met Adam we were ecstatic for her & immediately knew that he was a perfect fit for her fun, quirky, & nerdy personality. We photographed their engagement session last year and couldn’t wait for the actual wedding day!
Of course, since they had so many Star Wars details in her wedding how could Erynn use anything other than Star Wars mascara?!How fun is this dress?! Erynn chose a dress that fit her personality to a T. She had the beautiful Tardis blue ribbon added to the waist as a tribute to one of her (and our) favorite shows – Dr. Who!Adam had so many details in his outfit too. From the beer cap cuff links to the hops boutonniere & Disney Up inspired pin.
The ring box that Erynn made included Star Wars fabric & her garter featured non-other than Darth Vader. And how epic is her Star Wars & Disney’s Belle mashup tattoo?
The little touches up beer details can be seen throughout the wedding day too. The couple found these awesome beer socks as gifts for the groomsmen. These Dr. Who inspired bridal shoes were made by the bride herself and feature the Tardis.Beautiful paper flowers decorated the ceremony space with pops of Tardis blue to incorporate more Dr. Who.They created an adorable little Ring Ewok costume!Their ceremony program had so many fun and geeky references within it. An easy & fun DIY project that was ideal for the hot humidity of Central Florida.
Pat had an Grape Soda pin for our wedding too – we adore this little detail that Erynn & Adam had in their wedding day look.
“You and me, we’re in a Club now.” – Ellie, Up
So, basically, these two win at Geek Weddings. Who else has Darth Vader, Bobba Fett, & a Stormtrooper in attendance during the cocktail hour? So fitting for the release of the new movie at the end of the year.Another fabulous Star Wars Wedding DIY are the Mr. & Mrs. signs they made for their Sweetheart table. The inside of The Acre has so many wonderful little spots to use. One of our favorites was this beautifully rustic space where they had the cake & wedding favors. The silhouette Star Wars cake toppers rocked our socks.I lieu of traditional table numbers, each table was a different spot from the Star Wars galaxy. Our favorite was the clever kids table – The Ewok Village We’ve been jamming for the past several roadtrips to their Wedding Soundtrack that they gave their guests as favors. Adam made this epic Star Wars Light Saber Cake Cutter. It was amazing!
Since Adam is a chef we were not at all surprised that their dinner menu featured so many delicious options!Because when Darth Vader is a guest at your wedding, you don’t not take a selfie with him.

Your officially my hero! I have wanted a Star Wars wedding for 10 years. 😉
We seriously had such a fabulous time! That was definitely the first wedding we’ve been to where Darth Vader attended — lol!
I love it when a couple puts so much of their personalities into their wedding. This looks like it was a really fun one!
It really was and all of the details were so fitting to their life.
Grooms everywhere are loving this I’m sure! Super fun!!
You know they are! 🙂 It was an absolute blast.
The mascara! The beer socks! The bottle caps! The light saber knife! The details in this wedding are out of this world! (pun intended! lol) What a super fun day! Congrats!
hahaha, that pun was too amazing! Everywhere we looked at their wedding we found more and more amazing details that reflected the two of them.
Wow . . so many amazing details. What a dream wedding! Loving the ring bearer.
Right?! Erynn made the adorable costume to look like an Ewok from Star Wars — the “Ring Ewok” haha!
purple color is awesome but very few wedding consultant recommend it..
