We absolutely adore this couple! Sheena has such a creative and vibrant personality that compliments Anthony’s fun and charismatic one. When we first met up with them for their engagement session at The Cordelle we immediately connected with them and had such a fantastic time together so we were super excited for their wedding at W.O. Smith Music School in downtown Nashville. Anthony & Sheena had a beautiful ceremony and their ceremony with their family, friends, & fraternity brothers and sorority sisters was an absolutely fantastic evening!
Sheena had these incredibly adorable glasses made for all of the ladies helping in her wedding party depicting a drawing of each of the women. She paired it with individual miniature bottles of champagne & orange juice for them to make their own mimosas! She also added a clutch, bracelet, necklace, earrings, & personal note to each box.
Anthony was going for a .007 Bond look and he totally nailed it! When we met up with him on the day of he wasn’t even remotely anxious about the wedding, he was so incredibly joyful and excited for the day to begin!
After the ceremony we headed out to the side yard of the venue for some beautiful outdoor photos of the newlyweds and their wedding party. It was seriously the perfect weather for an early spring wedding in Nashville.
Sheena & Anthony first met while at Middle Tennessee State University, although they didn’t end up dating until many years later. We love when we find couples who were friends for a long time before things blossomed into romance. Friendship is such a key foundation to a relationship and these two are the best of friends.
For the ceremony, the couple had a Rose Ceremony instead of traditional Candle or Sand Ceremony. Which, we absolutely adore because we actually performed the Rose Ceremony at our own wedding and this is the first we’ve ever seen another couple do their for their ceremony too!
The cake they had from Julia’s Homestle Bakery in Murfreesboro was stunning. Classic, elegant, and gorgeous too! It fit so seamlessly into the decor of the reception and complimented all of the purple and fuschia lighting in the space. Plus, Julia’s always has the most divinely delicious cake!
One of our favorite things about their reception was when all of Anthony’s fraternity brothers & Sheena’s sorority sisters serenaded and celebrated the union of their dear friends. The men of Kappa were thrilled for their fraternity brother & Sheena’s sorority sisters were showering her with love and happiness.

Sheena is one of my closest friends & I enjoyed experiencing this day w/ her…she was amazingly beautiful. Sheena & the groom & the entire wedding was truly a Klass Act!
