When we met up with Logan & Sydni for their southern engagement session the skies had just opened up and started pouring rain. But that didn’t stop us from exploring the park & finding some awesome little spots to shoot as the weather began to calm.
The Save the Date banner that they brought with them was absolutely adorable and was the perfect prop for their first outfits.
We first met Sydni at the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show in downtown Nashville last fall and found a time to meet with her and Logan both a few weeks later. During that meeting we found out she is an AOII! Which is super exciting because Mahlia’s also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi. It’s so great when we find these little unknown connections with out couples.
They brought Starbucks cups to include in their session – such a cute idea! She added a little calligraphy to the sides of the cups – Mr. & Future Mrs. It was a sweet little touch for these two coffee lovers to add to their engagement session. When we first entered the park we came across this awesome bridge and knew we wanted to do some photos with it.
Sydni is an elementary school teacher & Logan is in the military. These two seriously look like models! And we had such a great time exploring the park with them. They are planning their sweet southern wedding at The Lodge this July and we can’t wait to be a part of their gorgeous day.
Sydni’s ring is so intricate. We love the interlacing metal with diamond accents around the central square stone. We can’t wait to take more photos of this gorgeous ring with Logan’s wedding band when they tie the knot.
