The Capen House is the perfect location for a destination wedding or intimate elopement. Located in Orlando, Florida, it is a charming home with an open floor plan. The outdoor patio backs up to an open lake and is part of a small botanical garden. It is so quaint and adorable, we would love to have a vow renewal here with an intimate gathering of close friends and family.
We can’t get enough of oversized bridal bouquets. Patone’s color of the year for 2017 is Greenery, which is an absolutely beautiful style choice. For this bouquet there is an ample amount of eucalyptus leaves with dried anemone flowers and subtle ivory floral details. These large flower arrangements are also a great way to dress up an outfit. If you are wanting a dress with less detailing then a statement bouquet will really make an impact and be a highlight to your wedding look.
This inspired elopement was designed by Lara Jill for the AKP Magical Retreat. We love the elegant and classic look she came up with that features a timeless black and white color palate. Can we just talk about this absolutely swoon worthy cake? We love this fun and flirty design! The black and white anemone flower that can be seen throughout the entire photoshoot is also reflected in the design of the cake. But our favorite part has to be the black rock candy in the center tier of the 4 tiered cake.
