A Pink Fairytale Wedding at Saddle Woods Farm

This wedding was absolute perfection! Seriously, it was nothing short of a fairytale, which is exactly what the bride had envisioned. We first met with Cassidy and her mother several months back and could immediately tell how excited they were for Cassidy and Simon to be married. The couple first met in 2012 and it didn’t take long for Cassidy to catch the Simon’s eye. The next time Simon was in Nashville he actually extended his trip longer just to spend more time with Cassidy. With Simon in California and Cassidy in Tennessee their long distance relationship of three years has finally brought them together forever.

When photographing the details for their wedding day, we noticed two unique things. Both of them had family heirlooms that they made a part of their wedding day attire. Simon had antique cufflinks from his grandfather, and Cassidy had a broach attached to her bouquet that belong to her grandmother.

 

Simon proposed Cassidy last fall in Panama City, Florida. He had the whole proposal planned out perfectly. Cassidy had her suspicions but he totally threw her off and surprised her with all of their friends and family watching. Cassidy has a laugh that you cannot help but fall in love with. It truly is incredibly charismatic. All of the wonderful traits that she portrays makes it so clear why Simon chose to ask her to marry him.

 

The couple chose to do first look on their wedding so they would have plenty of time throughout the day for all of the portraits that Cassidy had been dreaming of. And with a beautiful venue like Saddle Woods Farm there are so many incredible spots for photos. This is a wedding that truly showcases the entire beautiful property of the Saddle Woods wedding venue.

The ceremony & reception decor was truly that of a fairytale. The attention to detail was incredible! The couple had so many loved ones who took the time to help create and decorate the space. The divine dessert buffet, the fabulous flowers, the Photobooth, all the way down to the small details were so intricate and beautiful. We know that all of these things , and the fact that their loved ones got to be a part of it, will make all the memories that much sweeter.
