A Proposal on the Nashville Pedestrian Bridge

Proposals are SO much fun for us to photograph! Watching the anticipation and excitement unfold from the moment he drops to his knee & to the enthusiastic squeals; we’re absolutely smitten! Nashville proposals are one of our very favorites to photograph because there is something so special about the city skyline in the background and the hustle of the city surrounding the couple. While the rest of the city keeps moving, that moment is frozen.

Our dear friend Amy of Amy & I Designs (if you’re looking for a wedding planner & stylist, she absolutely rocks!) connected us with her best friend, Kyle, so we could capture the moment he popped the question to his girlfriend, Kristen. We waited on the Pedestrian Bridge for the couple to stroll up, when they arrived at the designated spotted we began to document their special moment.

After Kristen enthusiastically accepted Kyle’s proposal, they turned to see all of their friends and family watching and cheering from the top of the ACME Feed and Seed building along the waterfront. It was the perfect spot for them to be able to view everything from afar without tipping Kristen off. Kristen was so surprised to see everyone and couldn’t wait to go join their loved ones to continue to celebration! We are so happy for them both & were honored to be able to freeze that perfect moment for them!
