TOCCI CALLIGRAPHY | EAGLEVILLE, TENNESSEE
I first met Jessica in 2006 at Montana State University, during our freshman year we both initiated into the Alpha Phi chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi. I, was in the small fall pledge class, and Jessica was a part of the spring class. During my time in school I have many fond memories with Jess. One of my favorites was definitely living on 3rd Old. Our sorority house has so much history in it’s walls, right down the the floorplan. The house was built in two separate installations. The original home the girls endearingly refer to as ‘old’ and the second addition we cleverly call ‘new’. I know, super creative, huh? haha, but it works! And, you can imagine, the first floor refers to ‘1st’, the second ‘2nd, and the top floor ‘3rd’. There were 3 rooms on 3rd old that 6 of us girls shared. Jess & Darcie, Katy & Kristen, and myself & Alicia. Those are some of my most fond memories in the house. It was such a fun time living with those girls right down the hall.
Anyways, now years later, it is so cool to see where life has taken both Jess & I. Myself with wedding photography & Jessica using her creativity and art to open Tocci Calligraphy. I can’t imagine a more perfect career for her, she is so incredibly talented and I am so honored to work with her in documenting her first invitation collections. Her water color work is phenomenal and the attention to detail right down to the authentic wax stamping, it was an honor to capture all of these things.
Jessica is currently working on her new website for Tocci Calligraphy while also designing invitations for her 2017 Wedding clients. I am really looking forward to seeing her in Montana this August at our chapters’ Centennial celebration. At the end of this wedding season I am so excited to see what she has created & document her work again! Styling invitation suites are some of my very favorite things to photograph! I appreciate all of the artistry and details that they put into each piece of paper and I love finding the right embellishments to compliment and pair perfectly with the designs.
See more of Jessicas’ work & hire her for a custom design at Tocci Calligraphy.
